1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Sudo. You agree to provide accurate information and to use only one account.

2. Your responsibilities

• Use accurate information and real photos of yourself on your profile.
• Only post content you own or have permission to share.
• Treat other members with respect. Do not share other members' private information.
• Report suspicious, harmful, or infringing content.

3. Prohibited activities

See our Community Guidelines for the full list, including deepfakes, copyright piracy, dangerous challenges, hate speech, and content harmful to minors. Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent ban without refund.

4. Your content and the license you grant us

You keep ownership of the pictures, reels, stories, comments, and other content you post ("Your Content"). By posting Your Content on Sudo, you grant Sudo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, cache, reproduce, transcode, adapt (for example, resizing or reformatting), publish, publicly display, publicly perform, and distribute Your Content solely for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the service. This license ends when you delete Your Content or your account, except for copies retained in backups or required by law.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that Your Content does not infringe any third-party rights.

5. DMCA & copyright

Sudo respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content on Sudo infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@sudomatch.com including:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and its URL on Sudo.
• Your contact information (address, phone, email).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf.

We may remove the content and notify the uploader, who may submit a counter-notice. We terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

6. Media community rules

The following are prohibited on Sudo: deepfakes or manipulated media intended to deceive or harm; non-consensual intimate imagery; infringing music, video, or images; content promoting dangerous challenges, self-harm, or illegal activity; and any content that sexualises or endangers minors.

7. Platform availability

Sudo is provided "as is". We work to keep the service safe and reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8. Account termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

9. Limitation of liability

Sudo is not responsible for user-generated content or the conduct of other members. Review our Safety Center for tips on staying safe.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice.
