Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

When you create a Sudo account we collect the information you provide — name, age, location, occupation, profile photos, bio, and other profile details. We also collect:

2. How we use your data

3. Who can see your content

By default, your profile and posts are visible to other signed-in members. You can restrict visibility from Settings → Privacy at any time. Your email, phone number, and exact location are never shown to other users. Live streams and stories follow the audience settings you choose when you post them.

4. Camera, microphone & media access

Sudo only accesses your camera and microphone when you actively open the recorder, join a live stream, or start a voice or video call. Permissions can be revoked at any time in your device settings — we do not access hardware in the background.

5. How we protect your data

Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encrypted connections (TLS), row-level access control, and regular security review. Media is served via signed URLs that expire.

6. Your rights

You can edit, deactivate, or permanently delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, uploaded pictures, reels, stories, messages, follows, and reports you've submitted.
